I realized that I needed to make a change. I wanted to take control of my physical and mental health – and fitness was the natural pathway. I love fitness and coaching – it’s a huge part of my life. The energy you get from it fuels your mental and physical health. I wanted more of that energy!
And I wanted to bring others along with me on this journey because everyone deserves to feel their best. To feel awesome!
So, a few years ago, I teamed up with a fellow coach and a designer. I wanted to create something online to reach the as many people I could.
I started with CrossFit – which has some great components to it – but I quickly realized that it’s the wrong fit for most people. Memberships are expensive, there is a steep learning curve, and there is a such a variety of equipment that people can’t just do it on their own at home. They need to go to a CrossFit location.
People around me kept telling me they wanted something affordable and personal.
That’s when I decided to create Airtime Fitness. I design and coach a new workout every day, and post the video online for anyone who wants to watch and do it at home. Whenever it works for you.
You don’t even need any equipment for some workouts. Others only require a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell.
