Are eyebrows considered facial hair?

No, not that kind of question. But, since you asked… they are on your face and technically considered facial hair. Just a word of advice, though: if someone tells you to shave your face, don’t include your eyebrows!

FAQ

Losing weight is a function of much more than simply doing exercise, no matter what anyone tells you. On top of exercise, you need plenty of sleep, balanced nutrition, and the drive to push yourself and hold yourself accountable.

If you follow our Airtime workouts regularly, and combine that with healthy eating habits, you can achieve the results you’re after. We’ve even prepared some nutrition guidelines to help you get started.

Our workouts are designed to be as affordable and portable as possible for anyone, so that you don’t have to be in a gym or at home with a lot of expensive equipment.

Some workouts don’t require any equipment at all. For others, you would need a set of dumbbells, and a kettlebell.

As you progress and get more comfortable with the style of workouts, feel free to add more weight or use the equipment you have on hand. We will try and feature alternative ways of doing certain exercises to show the range of possibilities.

For beginners, aim for 2 to 3 times a week with rest days in between.

Those who are advanced in their training can do 5 times a week with 2 rest days.

Since all of our workouts are archived and available to you on-demand as a member, you never have to feel like you’re ‘missing’ a workout. We’ve designed it so you can exercise when you want, how you want, and where you want!
