Airtime Fitness, the online workout program that has taken the international market by storm, is now open to Moncton, NB, and the surrounding areas. We are taking fitness to a whole new level with classes in plyometrics, strength training, and HIIT with a schedule that will fit every lifestyle, every goal, and every budget.

We are YOUR gym, a place to sweat, to grow, and to join with a community of amazing people who have decided to take their fitness to the next level.

How does it all work?

For $79/month, you have access to unlimited classes. The form of fitness offered (HIIT, plyo, strength) will rotate depending on the time/day in order to ensure that all of our members have access to all the benefits Airtime Fitness Studio has to offer.

We also have an in-house nutritionist available on an appointment-only basis, and will be offering packages with other services in the very near future.

What is Plyometrics?

Also known as jump training, plyometrics is a form of conditioning aimed at created controlled impact and maximum power.

This method involves stretching the muscles prior to contracting them and done correctly it strengthens muscles, increases vertical jump and decreases impact forces on the joints.

What is strength training?

Strength training is any exercise using more than your own bodyweight. Weight lifting, weighted pull-ups, medicine ball exercises, these are all part of strength training.

Who should do strength training?

If you are looking to attack body fat, tone your muscles, and lose those last 10 pounds, strength training is the best thing you can be doing. Transform your body, strengthen your joints and reduce those aches and pains that come with a sedentary lifestyle.

What is HIIT?

(HIIT) is a system of organizing cardiorespiratory training which calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.

We all know were supposed to “do cardio”, but running 10k may not be the best way to get fit, burn fat, and feel healthy. HIIT will get your heart pumping, your body in optimum fat-burning mode, and your lungs working at the most effective level.
